We understand the importance of quality beef at Fisch & Hitch and that is why we are excited to offer locally raised Grass Fed Beef that is free of antibiotics has no added hormones, and the animals are able to free range.  Our beef comes from the great plains of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, Hitch Ranch, where you can assure it is taken care of.  When the steer is ready to be processed it is taken to a local USDA inspected meat processor, Oklahoma Panhandle State University.   All our beef comes frozen so when it's received it needs to be thawed and eaten or placed back in a freezer.   Raised Locally, Processed Locally, Sold Locally.  Trust us, you can't beat our meat.
